This issue has not been addressed whatsoever. What more detailed information do you need about the location of the problem? I gave you the address, the intersection, and the streets involved. The location is the corner of Florence Street and Cabarrus, specifically at 505 Florence Street. The cars are parked on the south side of Cabarrus Street between Boylan and Florence. Cars turning left from Florence onto Cabarrus cannot see any eastbound traffic coming on Cabarrus because they are obstructed by parked cars, nearly every single working day. (not as big of a problem on weekends). People hoping to avoid downtown parking lot prices are parking for free on Cabarrus and creating a dangerous traffic obstruction. Because of the hill on Cabarrus and the curve of the street, cars attempting to enter Cabarrus from Florence literally cannot see at all whether any cars are approaching eastbound on Cabarrus - drivers must simply guess whether a car is coming and hope they do not get hit. I do this almost every day. The issue has not been addressed at all. When restricted parking was put into place in our neighborhood, we were told that parking was going to be banned on Cabarrus between Boylan and Florence as well. It was not, as as a result, a dangerous traffic situation exists.

I hate doing this turn as well! On the weekends there are no cars on that hill.
