Based on our inspection of the condition of the sidewalk, this site has been elevated to our claims list. Our contractors are currently on other job sites. We are scheduling the site as our on call contractors become available and we work through the claims list. Please be aware we schedule our claims list on a triage basis and handle the worst first.

We want to further acknowledge your claim. We have our contactors working on other sites but temperatures will quickly not allow for additional sidewalks to be repaired this year. As our budget allocation allow, we hope to continue repair work in the spring, typically after April 1st when the construction season begins again. Thank you for reporting this issue.
