Description

Left turn green arrow on southbound lane of Great Neck Rd onto Mill Dam Rd has been shortened to the point that traffic backs up into the thru lane of Great Neck Rd at various times during the day. Often takes 2 or 3 cycles of the green arrow to make it through intersection.
