At the end of the alley behind Stater Bros. on Border ave. there are a group of fan palm trees over grown and sticking out in to street. Under those branches is a fire hydrant that is very hard to see in case of fire. Location is Via Del Rio/SB alley/ Apt. alley by dumpster enclosure. Thank you
