How do we track this if is closed? This is becoming a major safety issue for our Community. There are two dominion power transformers behind the fence and two on the side of the fence that are collapsing into this damaged drain. If this is left unchecked one whole s cation of our Community are going to be without power.

What is the status of this issue?

This has been sent to our Contracts Bureau for repair. They do not monitor this site. A contractor will camera the inside of the storm drain lines to determine severity and then determine the plan of action for repair. The camera work will be completed by the end of next week. Once again, the Contracts Bureau does not monitor this site. Please call 757-385-1470 if more information is needed or for any status update.

Well here we are again with the same issue. This has been an ongoing issue for our community the past three years. Is it going to take someone getting severely hurt or killed. Are we going to wait for the transformers to collapse into this drain system putting our community in the dark for who only knows for how long? Pouring tons of rock and sand into the same hole over and over is Obviously not the right solution.

The area that was repaired was off the parking lot at the club house by the transformer boxes. A pipe was sliplined and repairs were made to the 30x30 and the area was landscaped. Please provide more info as to where the cave-in is located exactly and if possible a picture. Customer service's number is 385-1470. Thank you.
