Opis

The triangle located on Penguin Circle is city property. Many,many years ago a dogwood and many bushes were planted, perhaps by neighbors or the Garden Club. The current neighbors didn't plant them and the average age of the Garden Club is 80. The hollies and azaleas have reached the end of their lives and the dogwood is dying. We request all the plantings be removed and can work for donations to replace or seed. We were just going to try to do it but can't figure how to inform Miss Utility. Thank you.
