Resolution summary: AT TIME OF INSPECTION NO VIOLATION OBSERVED NO SIGNS OF A WATER LEAK

This is an ongoing issue and it appears that some days they will cut the water off. I will resubmit another ticket when I hear the water running again

The water is running again next door to me and the ground is soak and wet.....not sure who came out but this is an ongoing problem that need to be addressed as soon as possible. Most days the water is running and they may cut it off for one day but the next it is back running again. I just came from outside and it is running like crazy.

Resolution summary: NOT JUSTIFIED AT TIME OF INSPECTION

This issue is not resolved next door to me, the water is constantly running and even if its off you can clearly see how wet the ground is from the water running. I will contact the Mayor's office to see what they can do about this issue. This is damaging my yard on that side of my property.

Resolution summary: THIS IS MY THIRD TIME ADDRESSING THIS COMPLIANT I STILL CANNOT SEE A WATER LEAK COMING FROM THIS PROPERTY CHECKED BOTH SIDES AND FRONT OF PROPERTY LARGE PIT BULL IN BACKYARD SO I COULDN'T GET BACK THERE
