Just last week I witness a septic truck using Culver Ln to Wellsford to get through to HRSD. The truck was northbound on Upton turned eastbound on Culver to northbound on Wellsford to eastbound on old Dam Neck in clear violation of no thru trucks but since the only no thru trucks sign is at the top of Culver Ln at General Booth any driver can play the game I didn’t see a sign.
