There is an upside down, rotting paddle boat in the side yard that is on Greenwood Avenue. This has been the case for at least ten years. Neighbors have been patient as this is a rental and the tenants don't own the boat. However, there are now rats coming out from under the boat at night. There is also a bad smell coming from the boat as well. Please make the owner remove the boat.
