this vehicle is backed into a carport at a residence and not in between homes. The vehicle is legally parked I spoke with the homeowner over a month ago. If it is moved into the road please contact the police again. If it is parked in the yard or back yard or in between houses that would be directed to East Point Code Enforcement.
