Description

Dirt, plants, and debris are covering a portion of the road on the curve and by the guardrail, making the curve too narrow for two cars traveling in opposite directions to fit safely. The street has been cleaned previously by a street sweeper, but this did't solve the issue- the road needs to be scraped in order to remove the dirt and plants growing in it.
