Sorry; it's not possible that no trash or code violations were found here. I just took these images, Mon Sep 25 at 1:55, that show litter everywhere in the exact spot this post mentioned: the woods separating the grass lot and the Food Lion parking lot, right near the brick structure (a former chimney).

Additionally, there's an abandoned grocery cart filled with bottles 40 yards to the west of that structure, and just beyond that, a giant pile of old gallon bottles and more trash.

Please ask the inspector to reexamine and to walk the tree line for himself. The property line extends past the empty grass lot into the woods to the west.

Hi. I posted a comment with images of the trash in question. It was "blocked by rejections." I'd like an explanation, please.

How can a comment be blocked? I'm beginning to believe that the city of Raleigh doesn't want to hear these complaints.
