This issue has not been resolved

I called 311 (on the phone now with them) and they said that it is open, locked, and that it was never closed) Their system says that it was never closed. If this is not true, please provide more info.

We may need a zamboni soon. The ice rink is getting a bit choppy

It really is sad watching the elementary kids try to navigate this alley on their way to school....most of the kids must have to sit around with wet socks and shoes all day long.....

And this issue is now "closed" again according to DC 311. They just sent me a notification. Which makes me say once again that this process really is kind of worthless. If anyone would like to know the REAL status on this, what is being done, and some idea of a timeline - please email me at david AT innotac DOT com and I will get you on the mailing list where this issue is being addressed and real information is being provided.
