Had to call CPD last week for a guy sleeping ( before 8 pm) behind my home in HOA's private park. When I first saw him I asked if he was OK? and his reply was to get angry and start cussing at me for waking him up. When CPD came he was also angry and combative with the officer who arrested him after learning he had outstanding warrants. He also told the officer he had taken drugs and was currently in possession of drugs. I do not think our city is doing enough to discourage these street people. I will not call them homeless for the fact that they do not want the responsibility of a home and choose their way of life in 90 % of cases
