Sharraxaadda

Red Towncar has been parked on S. Shield between Rosewood and Maplewood for about 2 months. Car appears inoperable since I witnessed 2 men pushing this car there 2 months ago. Vehicle is also leaking oil. Even though tags are up to date this vehicle must be in violation of Section 102.
