Please have engineering look at changing this intersection to a leading green. Traffic consistently backs up from Princess Anne side trying to turn onto Upton Dr. Traffic in this area has grown with increased development. School bus traffic makes it worse during school release. The light allows for only a couple cars to turn when faced with traffic leaving the neighborhood forcing traffic to back up to the Target / Home Depot turn in when it's really busy. The Upon Corridor has gotten very busy. The silly lane change now in place at Nimmo and Upton has not made things better. Cars backing up to turn left towards General Booth from Upton now have to weave into the "new" strait lane traffic. That was a bad idea changing that.
