Description

A large oak tree blew over some months ago adjacent to the PNC Bank parking lot (following side sidewalk "restoration"), but no replacement tree has been planted. This is one of MANY recent cases in the neighborhood where a mature tree has been killed by the City's paving contractors! Our canopy street trees need more protection!
