Resident placed a TV on the curb and it has been sitting on the sidewalk for two weeks now. Assuming he did not pay the fee.

Unfortunately, the TV is still on the sidewalk. My husband and I found the business card left by the BOH in our driveway on Saturday. We placed it back on their door same day. It's been on the curb for three weeks now.
