The shrub is completely over the sidewalk. vehicles in front of the residence are always parked facing the wrong direction for the side of the street. Also parked right on the corner of the intersection.

111517 I spoke with the resident he states he did not receive the notice I left at his home. I informed him he needs to trim the tree back from over the sidewalk. He stated he is a truck driver and he is out of town now. He will trim the tree back when he returns.
