Overgrown foliage into large area of roadway, about halfway across the lane and two or three backyards long (direction is from Tuolumne towards I-80). The foliage, mainly bushes, appears to be growing on side of the road rather than just flowing over backyard fences. The foliage has been encroaching into the lane for quite awhile, but is now the worst I've ever seen. It is also a safety hazard because the foliage makes it a blind curve right there. Pedestrians, mainly kids and dogwalkers, walk on that side of the street a lot and you can't see them until you are nearly hitting them and/or an oncoming car because you can't see them until you are swerving around them. Most of the time they seem oblivious to the hazard there, half or so usually wearing headphones. I drive pretty slow through there because I recognize it's hazardous and I've still had a number of close calls! Cars speed through there all the time and I worry someone is going to get run over or in a head-on collision.
