On pillar under I264 bridge on right side of road next to JCOC thrift store. If you plan to say VDOT is responsible, could you please make an effort to contact them? I've had no luck with them in the past as they say it's VB's responsibility so I usually clean up the graffiti myself plus pay taxes to have it done. This time it's harder to do with my new baby. I've noticed the sooner it gets cleaned up the less additional graffiti will occur. Thanks in advance.
