This corner is a disaster of design...because of stewarts customers pulling in and out...especially at rush hours...they don't look or yield to the people on the road. If the road was behind the stewarts...it would be a great design,incorporate the light to gilbert or place a speed check circle to keep the traffic flowing...force the slow down of traffic while still keeping it moving. Take the property by eminent domain before it gets built on and create what must happen on that corner eventually. And may be no other person on a bike gets flattened by a tractor trailer...see the ugly memorial plastic flowers and child bike (this should be moved to the cemetery too)
