parking on side walk is a safety issue...why is this not
enforced? Owner is friends with code enforcement, they look the other way. Besides if it is a real parking spot why is there a business only sign parking in the window? Wink wink nod nod city selective enforcement...And it is a liquor store to boot....think all the patrons are careful/ or sober...Me think not!
is it favoritism or inept management with the public safety commissioner? This issue is not one that can be grandfathered in. Try pulling out of the side street ...you can't see. Time to do something about it. Time to forget about betting your free bottle of booze.
