N. 115 Street from approximately Stone Avenue westward to the west entrance of Northwest Hospital in both lanes is broken up in parts and the edge of the street is wearing out, particularly where traffic parks where there is no sidewalk. Multiple pothole reports which get repaired only to fall apart because of the condition of the roadway. This road is well-traveled and a major access point for Northwest Hospital, it really needs some serious maintenance and resolution of parking issues.
