Description

The bushes on this guy's property are constantly overgrown into the road. I reported this last year and the city sent someone out to cut them back to the bare minimum of clearance. They need to be cut back at least a foot from the road. It is blocking the street signs as well. It is also causing drainage problems as his grass is growing into the drainage gully and depositing dirt which blocks it as well.
