Can the stop bar for the westbound thru movement on East Whitaker Mill Rd (at the intersection with Wake Forest Road) be moved back a little? If you're going to have a channelized right turn lane there, it would help to have some sight distance down Wake Forest Road so you can see if there is a car coming or not. If a car is stopped in the thru lane at the current stop bar location, there is zero sight distance for the channelized right to know if there is someone coming or not. If not, then make it a No Turn on Red so people won't be guessing and causing potential accidents.
