Neighborhood has had some thefts lately . Two days ago some cars were broken into. Jan. of this year my neighbor had his Escalade stolen from his driveway. Moments ago a girls bike was left on my yard. The alleged person took it down, was about to take it but took off because he was being watched. Spoke to the neighbor because she had a confrontation with him moments before. The neighbor and I have never seen him before in the neighborhood.
