Aluminum cans outside of fence line. Neighbor collects cans...used to be thrown lose in yard...now (mostly) bagged but bags not secure...cans end up in yard both in & outside of fence which is "trash", not recycling. They need a proper recycling bin, esp. bc cans hold water & breed mosquitos
