Deskripsyon

Abandoned house door is open, I believe someone keeps going in the house. This has been an ongoing issue and has not been resolved yet. I was told the house has been condemned and no one should be in the property. The police have been called on numerous occasions because I am concerned for the safety of the people in my house.

Dealing with a similar issue on Semmes St. You'd think the city could fine the owner/bank for this kind of neglect, making our neighborhoods unsafe and decreasing our property values.

Spoke with property management company. Stated that he will get the house secure. Will monitor property for compliance. (2-15-17)
