Absolutely correct! Have lived here many years & have experienced the same problem. Due to poor visibility of traffic traveling on Q(which is often traveling over speed limit), traffic on 8th(after stopping), has to pull INTO THE INTERSECTION in order to view oncoming cars. This needs to be a 4-way STOP before someone is killed.

Agreed. A traffic study was requested a long time ago. Not sure what the holdup is; it's a basic safety issue.

Agree 100%. Reported this last year as I was almost run over at the crosswalk there. Nothing done.
