The gate on Tompkins is broken and has 2 bars missing. Because of this many transients, drugs user, prostitution occurs here. This gate leads to the other side of the freeway. This week a stolen truck being chased by corona Pd stopped here. The criminal jumped out and escape through this opening. This gate is known to criminals. I have concern for my family safety because of the illegal activity this gate opening attracts. Please come fix this gate and make it a very difficult to access the other side. Doing this will be bring safety to the community. Thank you.
