Thank you for reporting your concerns. We have evaluated the issue and determined that this is a private matter. The Golf Course Landscape Management crews are responsible to maintain from the edge of pavement to its property line starts. They must remove the leaves/pine needles from the ditch to allow proper flow. The City of Virginia Beach is responsible for flood and quantity only. The ditch at this time does not require a regrade. The water has been standing since before the snow. Club maintenance director advises there is a water line leak at Bobolink and Chewink. Please re report as water line break.
