Section 8 tenant on third floor renting out eight rooms at $100.00 per week each. Drug dealing from apartment...multiple needles found in font and around building. Right next to a park. Tenants well known to police. Fix it!!!!

The whole east side of Oak Island is out of control and needs policing. 50+ needles found in the storm drain on my street.Please help us get the quality of life we pay for.More visible patrols is needed,such a small area to patrol.The cold weather only slows them down.If you see a parked car with people in it then most likely it is drug deals, prostitution or illegal activities.

An exterior property inspection took place on 12/20/16. Exterior sanitary violations not found. Room rental issue has been referred to Interior Health Inspector. Issue will remain active with ISD.

ISD performed an interior inspection on 1/10/17 and found no violations pertaining to the complaints issued against it.

Remaining reported issues of illegal activity were previously referred to the Revere Police Department to address. You may also report this activity and other drug related issues going on in your neighborhood to the Revere Police Drug Tip Hotline 781-656-1114 ext 60555.
