Today they were at it again as usual. Drilling stuff at 7:30 am in the morning. I need to know if it is legal for a construction clean up company to work and park in a residential area? Isn't construction dust hazardous. I have a 3 month old baby and I don't want her getting affected by any of this. Our home has to bee wiped down everyday on account of the dust from their work.

Video of them using metal cutting saws at 7:45 am a coupe of days back. Volume alert...its too loud even when recorded from a camera on my phone. Just imagine how loud it is when we live right opposite this ruckus.

A garage nearby is a hang out and car work goes on in the street in front at all hours.

Thanks for chiming in Mary. Yes perpetual car repair work done out here. Apparently this seems to be See Click Forget rather than See Click Fix. It has been a week since I have posted this with videos and photographs and it seems there isn't any response. I guess we tax payers will need to move out of this town and give out tax dollars to a town that cares.

Be patient. We have probably got some police issues there. Always have had trouble.

:) Thanks Mary. I purchased a home a couple of years ago and didn't know this area that well. I lived downtown. But its astounding to see how the people here have complete disregard for the law. They think that they own the streets, sidewalks and anything they stand on. 90% of the time there are so many people living in one house that they spend 90% of the day time on their stoop as well as until late at night. My wife was in tears the other night. We have a newborn who needs to sleep every two hours but they smash or move heavy metal things in their house all the time. Or the children from their illegal daycare they have; run amok screaming and punching walls. To add to that they rent spots/beds in their home to laborers many nights. So every night its new people lingering outside our home. They get drunk and obnoxiously loud.
The people with dogs don't care as well they never pick up their dogs poop. I saw one woman do that and kindly requested her to leash her dog and pick up the poop outside my home. That night the woman sent two guys with dog poop and they smeared it all over my car windshield, handles and hood. This is the level of people we are dealing with. I caught them on camera and figured out where she lives. But my wife has begged me to not give that evidence to cops cause she fears they might do something worse. I just pray to God everyday something changes.

The mayors task force should look at this . A fire inspector should take a walk around that house. Most of the Heights is not like that.I am sure they know this area and have history on it. The task force does a very good job. You might want to meet Vinnie McNamara who lives over there. He is the president of the Heights coalition Neighborhood Assoc, which meets the third Thurs of the month in PS28. Things used to be that way all over certain streets, but things have changed.
