I do not feel that george hill road was repaired. If you drive from stowe road intersection of george hill road to where merrian road intesects george hill you will notice bumps and divots in the top layer of asphalt. This top layer of ashpalt is crumbling in areas throughout george hill road.

I already commtented. The road needs to be repaired due to various conidtions in the roads surface

Still nothing and it has gotten worse since winter. I hope in the spring something is done to this road.

Ive reported this road back on 10/2016. All the roads surroundung george hill road are be paved. I do not understand why george hill road has not been touched yet. Xan you please give me a reason.

The DPW did this last time. You acknowledge it then immediately close it without doing anything to the road. I've been waiting two years for something to be done to this road while surrounded roads get resurfaced. I am kindly requesting George Hill Road be repaved.

Thank you for your e-mail. The Town is in the process of doing a survey
that will look at repairing the entire road. However this is taking longer
than expected because new drainage needs to be figured in and
engineered as well. We are aware of the condition of the road and will
continue to monitor and maintain the road as necessary.

Perhaps the Town could look also at the bridge at Cider Mill Pond. Holes were drilled in it recently and they have become 2 large and growing potholes. I haven't measure them for depth as it is not a safe place to stop.

Sue to the rain more of the road is starting to wash away. Now they have orange barrels on the side of the road. This needs to be taken care of sooner than later

George Hill Road condition has most definitely not been resolved! The engineering, funding, etc. you speak of to properly address the problems is going to take years. That is way too long to go without simple maintenance! Fill the potholes and level the shoulders for starters.

We do realize that George Hill is not "resolved". That comment is just a generic response that is put in place when I close the report out. The Highway Department repairs George Hill Road in multiple locations every time our hot box with asphalt goes out. The condition of George Hill Road is a major concern for Grafton that we are well aware of. We are doing everything we can to keep the road passable until the road and drainage is fixed properly.
