Description

This happened last December and it was the construction site on Blount street.

Q. Where is the mud located/going?
A. Creek
Q. Please describe the issue.
A. Stream is gray or milky white. It looks someone is washing equipment into the storm drain upstream. I looked at the nearby construction sights and dud not see an obvious source.
