I wanted to add my voice to this issue, too. The delivery trucks regularly block the alley, preventing cars from leaving in the morning (both before 7a and after) and preventing trash / recycling trucks from making it to our building (1441 Rhode Island Ave NW). The problem is worse when Whole Foods allows deliveries prior to 7a and when they allow their employees to park in their loading dock and along their rear wall, decreasing the amount of space for trucks and everyone else to maneuver in the alley. Now that there is an ongoing construction project two buildings down, the number of vehicles parking and double-parking in the alley has grown significantly.

How was this resolved? We are still experiencing this problem. On Friday (7/15), there was a delivery truck at Whole Foods at 4:55a.
