Still have not heard a word on this tree. The roots are lifting my driveway. I cannot afford to fix this again. I just replaced my driveway 1.5 yrs ago. It's also making a mess out of the sidewalk and my neighbor's walkway and roof. Why can't it just come down. The town has already invested in repairing the sidewalk and it's getting ripped up again.
