The light at Independance will stop south bound traffic and give a left turn signal onto Jericho Rd. Mean while traffic northbound continues to run, while traffic waiting to turn left onto Constitution drive sets. I have set waiting to turn left anywhere between 30 to 45 seconds with no traffic in sight, and cannot turn until the cross traffic light cycles. Why can't northbound be stopped as the same time as southbound? Just as much traffic turns onto Constitution as onto Jericho!
