Opis

Assorted mattresses, tv, vacuum, other household goods and mail matter for 1441 Spring Rd. NW #202 placed in the rear of the location next to a garbage can on a small bit of Rock Creek Park. Park area is directly adjacent to the alley and protected by bollards. A separate witness stated that a white truck was parked adjacent to where the items were dumped. An attempt to make contact with the resident of the apartment where the mail matter was located was made with no success.
