Thank you for the information. The City of Evanston 311 Center does not support SeeClickFix as the 311 mobile app. We do continue to monitor to make sure that we log any City issues. PublicStuff is our mobile app that is integrated with the 311 Center.

The City of Evanston 311 Center does not support SeeClickFix as the 311 mobile app. We still monitor and submit issues from SeeClickFix but the City of Evanston 311 mobile app is Public Stuff and can be downloaded. Please see link below.

With this app you can directly enter requests into our 311 system and follow along with the request status through it's completion. It offers a wide range of City service requests.

Service request #1356998 has been closed/completed. The Meter was inspected on 1/25/2016 a coin jam was found and the meter was repaired.
