Deskripsyon

It would appear the sidewalk is being undermined in the area of a storm sewer manhole between the curb and sidewalk. The storm sewer was previously repaired in this location about 2 years ago. The repaired section of sidewalk is beginning to settle and I'm concerned that this area may again be undermining.

I believe the crew sent to investigate this issue may have looked at the wrong manhole. The manhole in question, and potential undermining of the sidewalk, is located between 1872 and 1876 Chelsea Green Dr. The manhole is in the grass between the curb and sidewalk on the property line of these two addresses. I believe the city crew investigated the next manhole down where there is a storm drain.
