Description

I reported this house on April 25th under issue 178144. The grass was mowed and trash and bottles were somewhat picked up. Since then, NOTHING has been done to continue the upkeep on this property. Therefore, I am reopening the issue. Please let the home owner know that I will continue filing complaints until they become a RESPONSIBLE HOMEOWNER like all their neighbors.

The sidewalk/yard are grown over again. Please have this addressed. It is impossible to pass through the sidewalk.

I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When they have responded I will update this issue. We can check for violations of City ordinances, but if there are no violations we won't be able to do anything else to encourage a property owner to paint or generally maintain a home.

Our inspector has initiated a public nuisance case with a deadline of Jul. 19. The inspector will follow up until the issue is cleared.
