Thank You for contacting the DPW&P. Requesting that a public street be repaired/resurfaced requires filing a petition with the City Councils office. We have attached the petition form above.
Please be sure to include your name, address, and phone number on the form. Please provide an exact location or an interesting street and we will enter a work order for the potholes to be repaired.
