This house owner allows their small white dog to get out which today ran down the sidewalk and crossed the street just to bite me on the other side of the street. If I hadn't been wearing jeans I would have called the authorities. I'm not the only one that has been bitten by this dog. It's a menace. No apologies, not one word either when I forced the dog to go home and told an adult living there that their dog bites.
