What does that mean VA PWR has resolved this issue? That they have been notified only? The light pole is still laying on the ground with the base exposed same as it has been for months....

Thank you for reporting your concern. We have made contact with staff at Dominion Virginia Power in regards to your concern of the broken street light lying on the ground and they indicated that procedure is for them to remove the pole immediately if it is in the way of traffic or pedestrians. Otherwise it will remain on site until the new light pole is installed. Dominion Virginia Power has generated a work order for replacement of the street light pole which is projected to be replaced within the next 15 days.
