01/08/2013: Resolved - Closed - This is a location we have been monitoring and will look at againg for potential provision of left turn lanes. Arrows require a separate lane.

There is an arrow for traffic going NORTH on Hamline, and there is no extra lane. So why can't the same happen for traffic going south. You're not being consistent here. The traffic is still horrible on Hamline going south, and if someone is turning left at Marshall, it can back the cars up all the way to 94. What will it take to get an arrow?
