Sharraxaadda

The Eastern Nazarene College is one of a very few colleges that we have here in Quincy. I know that, as part of the downtown rejuvination plan, the city will try to entice big institutions of learning to take a stake in Quincy. That said, shouldnt the sign for the college that we already have be big and well kept so that we can demonstrate some pride in the city? The current one is very small, crooked and hangs precariously above a street light. It just look like something we dont actually care. In fact, there are many neglected things in Quincy that other towns would cherish, honor and present proudly. We have so many good things and places, but nobody seems to take any pride of ownership in them. Can we with something small and ask the college to present themselves with a nicer and more appropriate sign for themselves?
