Weeds on the east side of signal butte and south of ocotillo are getting about 3 ft high and even in storm drainage area, the town of Queen creek said it is meridian neighborhood responsibility and h.o.a said it was the town's responsibility What is it and why isn't anyone on the same page. It's all along the main st in between plants and is looking ridiculous and has never ever been this bad .e.
