BS&A does not show that a permit for a fence or carport was applied for or approved. The two permits listed are from 2005: one was denied, another expired. The carport has been completed now. The original question stands.

So now we're left with a clearly non-conforming structure that was reported via See-Click-Fix as a code enforcement issue *the day the first columns went up*. The issue was immed assigned to M. Logan-Wedgworth and that officer took more that 3 weeks to only say a permit had been 'applied for.' I'm sorry but I have to ask 2 questions: What good in the code enforcement department as it's currently constituted? And what exactly does officer M. Logan-Wedgworth do for Colonial Hills and if the answer's absolutely nothing, may we swap officers with Jefferson Park please?
